Shipping Policy

At checkout, you can generally choose from four delivery methods for your Standard Ship items: Standard Ground Shipping, Second Day Shipping, Hawaiia/Alaska Air, or Canada Ground. (See the chart below for shipping charges.) At this time SFO does not automatically compute your shipping charges. We prefer to handle shipping on a case by case basis in order to give our customers the best shipping rate possible.

Standard Ground Shipping
SFO Snowboarding exclusively uses FedEx on all shipping except Small USPS packages.Standard Ship Items sent by Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to eight business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Express 2 Day Shipping
The delivery of some Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to Second Day Shipping. Your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST to receive your item in two business days. Items shipped using the Second Day Shipping method usually arrive two business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Hawaii/Alaska Air
Shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska can only be shipped by 2nd Day Air. Items shipped this method usually arrive two business days after leaving our warehouse.

Canada Ground
Items going to Canada can only be shipped by Canada Ground. Standard arrival times for Canada Ground is 9 days after leaving our warehouse.

International Shipping
SFO ships worldwide including Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, South America. Orders ship by Fedex International Air and take approximately 3-5 busines days. International shipping rates are too complex to list so your final shipping charges will be calculated after the order is boxed. You can request SFO email you a shipping quote if desired. Just tell us the items and address. Credit card orders will ship to the card's billing address only. Sorry, no 3rd party shipping addresses.
Hint: You can save $ by ordering in multiples. Packing 2 or 3 boards in a box is much cheaper per board than shipping just one so try and buy with your friends.
