The Downtown Throwdown 2012 was concluded last week in front of San Francisco’s City Hall. The event started off alittle late with the set up crew aka Snowboy Productions laying down all the artificial snow by hand.The heat wasn’t the only thing melting the snow but also the handful of riders who went all out on the down rail, down-flat-down rail, pole jam and the quarter pipe to finish off the run.

The winners of this years event include:

1st Place – Nial Romanek; $6000
2nd Place – Brandon Hobush; $3000
3rd Place – Dylan Thompson; $2000
4th Place – Ted Borland; $1000
5th Place – Andrew Brewer; $500
